SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER as the Division Head in the PROTOTYPE & MANUFACTURING DIVISION within the PROTOTYPE, MANUFACTURING AND TEST DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will plan and manage personnel skills, processes, and resources.
• You will act as a general manager and direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of the Division through subordinate supervisors and leaders or comparable personnel.
• You will manage financial resources within assigned budget.
• You will resolve conflicts involving subordinates (internal and external).
• You will develop criteria and measures for evaluating the performance of subordinates.
