SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Logisitcs Management Specialist in the FST DEPT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will serve as the acknowledged expert for logistics support related to the assigned aircraft or engine and act as a representative of the NAVAL Air Systems Command for matters relating to acquisition, sustainment, and performance-based logistics.
You will coordinate program direction and assignments, assist in planning, analysis and execution of the effective Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Logistics Support Program.
You will be capable of resolving conflict and successfully negotiating solutions to complex technical issues.
You will direct and manage the efforts/tasks of LEMS, technical data managers, data analysts, and other specialists from within and outside of the command to ensure optimal ILS is attained.
You will identify aircraft/engine ILS program planning and execution problems.
You will review acquisition planning and procurement documents to ensure integration of systems command policies, procedures, contract provisions and contract data requirements for ILS and related programs.
You will prepare and make oral and written presentations to clearly present specific problems, to provide detailed recommendations to actual or potential problems, or to influence others to adapt specific ILS related proposals or recommendations.
