Position Description

You will serve as an INTEGRATED PRODUCT TEAM (IPT) LEAD and CONTRACTING OFFICER REPRESENTATIVE in the MRO Planned Maintenance Intervals (PMI) Division of FLTREADCEN WESTPAC DET KOREA. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN KOREA IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the command?s point of contact for all matters associated with the aircraft production line.
  • You will meet weekly with customers and contractors to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and mitigate conflict that jeopardizes the on time delivery of their respective aircraft.
  • You will lead efforts to develop and implement solutions to mitigate and resolve critical issues, schedule concerns, cost impacts, contractor performance issues, supply or consumable parts shortfalls, etc.
  • You will serve as the FRC WESTPAC point of contact for the solicitation of preventative maintenance contract services to include initiating contract modifications and developing requirements packages.
  • You will advise senior leadership in regards to program matters addressing program status, resources and impediments.
  • You will support effective and efficient flight line readiness through a globally managed, responsive, and integrated sustainment system.
  • You will assume the responsibilities of the IPT lead for H-53 aircraft undergoing DLM and coordinate international and multi-faceted teams to complete the scheduled/un-scheduled maintenance concurrent with PMI.
  • You will assume the responsibilities of the Contracting Officers Representative for the DLM Contracts at FRCWP.
