FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Position Description

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Program & Business Analysis Dept, Corporate Support Analysis Div, Command & Customer Support Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will process all personnel actions in various hiring tools i.e. CWA, USA Staffing, TWMS and DCPDS.
• You will work with the customers to identify future hiring requirements and uses a broad spectrum of knowledge and resources to assist in resolutions and decision-making regarding personnel hiring authorities across 24 duty stations.
• You will identify/implement successful processes.
• You will ensure compliance with established criteria e.g., employee relations, personnel laws, rules, regulations and labor relations.
• You will track and report progress of hiring actions, performs and maintains additional administrative functions (e.g., awards, training, leave, Pay pool administration, mustering, overseas PCS).
