LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Commanding Officer of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will communicate precisely; both in the written and spoken word, and develop sound relationships between all stakeholders within the fleet.
You will plan, manage, and execute logistics support programs consistent with established and maintenance policy guidelines to field weapon systems capable of meeting aircraft/engine readiness, supportability and affordability goals and objectives.
You will manage the efforts/tasks of (Logistics Element Manager) LEMs, technical data managers, data analysts, and other specialists from within and outside the command to ensure optimal ILS is attained.
You will identify aircraft/engine ILS program planning and execution problems.
You will review acquisition planning and procurement documents to ensure integration of systems command policies, procedures, contract provisions and contract data requirements for ILS and related programs.
