TEST MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a Test Management Specialist in the Point Mugu Sea Range Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide overall Program/Project Management direction, management and coordination of Complex/High Visibility test events performed at NAWCWD.
• You will work with customers to understand the requirements and document the customers' requirements into the required program plan.
• You will support the customers by estimating the cost, managing the funding once received, schedule the events/tests, collect data post event for delivery, and execute final billing of services rendered.
• You will coordinate the performance and data collection requirements and ascertain the appropriate resources to safely execute the customer requirements.
• You will ensure the instrumentation resources required are available when Program is scheduled for testing.
