Position Description

You will serve as an Industrial Specialist position in the SE & ALRE Group, Support Equipment Department, ALRE Department, Fleet Technical Services Division, CAFSU AIRLANT Branch of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will manage, organize, direct, and administer a highly diverse technical ALRE construction and repair program.
  • You will lead planning and management of assigned programs, provide systems analysis for unusual conditions or problems, and assess program effectiveness.
  • You will serve in an advisory capacity on difficult and complex problems in ALRE while interfacing with other agencies.
  • You will create new ways to solve complex and unusual problems.
  • You will communicate clearly to convince or resolve important or controversial ALRE matters.
