SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Security Specialist in the Advanced Security Division, Security Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

You will be responsible for providing program protection in the interest of national security.
You will plan, implement and administers the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security ensuring SCI security programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
You will serve as the lead or alternate lead as the Alternate-Special Security Officer (ASSO) and provide advice and manage all aspects of SCI security programs needed to complete the organization's mission.
You will also provide support in the areas of program protection planning; personnel, industrial, physical and Information Systems (IS).
You will prepare, review and evaluate program and security documentation to ensure adequate protection is provided in accordance with program requirements.
You will ensure security and administrative procedures are adhered to, delegating and distributing tasks as necessary to ensure program success.
