GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the WOLF RAPID CAPABILITY ENGINEERING GROUP of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.

You will solve technical challenges that span multiple Divisions, leads multidisciplinary senior review teams, provides technical mentoring to Division employees, and performs independent program assessments.
You will develop and institute consistent oLSI technical policy/processes and serves as an advocate for the application of rigorous technical processes to execute Command goals.
You will provide technical guidance for product development, engineering design, rapid project engineering, technical analysis, systems of systems integration, and technological reviews for organic Lead Systems Integration (oLSI) initiatives.
You will remain aware of new/emerging technology relevant to Division mission and portfolio and fosters introduction of new technology when appropriate.
You will ensure Alteration Installation Teams (AITs) comply with NAVSEA certification.
You will standardize and maintain Division technical and systems engineering processes, including risk management plans.
You will ensure the Division technical workforce has the appropriate training and experience required to execute assigned tasking.
