You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Capital Management Group, Human Resources Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

You will interpret and apply human resources concepts, laws, and regulations across functional areas such as staffing, classification, and performance management.
You will advise and assist hiring managers in developing effective recruitment strategies and staffing solutions.
You will provide guidance and recommendations to customers regarding both routine and complex employee relations, performance, and conduct issues.
You will utilize automated technology and data management tools to research, analyze, interpret, and present personnel information through documents and presentations.
You will clearly communicate technical human resources information, both verbally and in writing, to support and advise customers.
