SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the AAS/ACS Launch, Recovery & AVCERT Branch, ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

You will establish priorities for the branch to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to meet customer objectives.
You will assess technical projects (e.g., system requirements, resources, cost, customer needs) to develop a complex project plan.
You will facilitate project reviews to assess project status, performance, or to anticipate problems.
You will resolve issues related to workload or resource management, such as manpower, materials, equipment, and training to ensure resources are distributed equitably to meet deadline dates or workload needs.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to recommend solutions for system design issues.
