You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER in the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) Operations Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
You will perform personal technical work and operate as a working supervisor.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
You will find ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
