SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS LEAD ENGINEER in the SUPPORT EQUIPMENT FLEET SUPPORT TEAM of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

You will serve as a supervisor, technical advisor, and spokesperson for the team.
You will negotiate, advise, and collaborate with all levels of officials in industry relating to your program, policies and procedures to determine the impact and requirements of current and proposed engineering actions.
You will assist in the development and executes the planning, directing, and prioritizing of activities within your program and, therefore, must routinely adapt to frequent and unpredictable changes in programs and funds
You will provide resources and processes to support and maintain the intended mission capability; to maintain inherent design capabilities of the systems at the minimum expenditure of resources
You will lead the team in identifying, distributing and balancing the workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.
You will be responsible for continuity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the overall engineering operational efforts of the team and ensure the team is sustained with trained certified personnel that satisfy operational requirements
You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and carry out EEO policies and procedures.
