Position Description

You will serve as an ACCOUNTANT in the Business & Financial Management Community (BFMC), Comptroller Group, Accounting Department, Accounting Operations Division (B821000), of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will execute and review accounting transactions within the Navy ERP system.
  • You will system develop, prepare, and analyze financial reports for various high-level departments (NAWCAD, NAVAIR, FMO, OMB, DOD, and DFAS).
  • You will manage cost accounting functions and ensuring data integrity.
  • You will recommend improvements and policy changes for accounting systems and processes.
