SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Position Description

You will serve as the Avionics/Electrical Project Lead/Supervisory Engineer on the MQ-25 FST as part of the FST Engineering Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will manage and technically direct electronic engineering processes and resources for MQ-25 FST.
• You will provide technical professional expertise to address complex electronic engineering issues and provide oversight to ensure the latest advancements in electronic engineering technology are implemented in work planning in support of the MQ-25.
• You will lead, coordinate, and/or participate in meetings and conferences convened to discuss engineering issues, problems, design, and/or development of new and/or upgraded systems and other similar matters in support of the MQ-25.
• You will assist in the development and execute the planning, directing, and prioritizing of activities concerning MQ-25 Avionics and Electrical engineering.
• You will plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates, manage priorities, and deliver high quality products to MQ-25 stakeholders by assigned ECDs.
• You will evaluate and manage performance of subordinate engineers and perform other Supervisory duties.
• You will provide high level written and oral communication via regular communication, presentations, and briefings to all levels of stakeholders, including high levels of leadership.
