SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

Position Description

You will serve as the Platform Stores Integration (PSI) Division Head which is a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the AIR PLATFORM SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIV, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. You will manage and lead all of the efforts to integrate Weapons, mission systems pods and other stores into aircraft.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive Platform/Stores Integration training program for branch members.
• You will develop project planning objectives for engineering development of current and long-range programs.
• You will assist programs in the preparation, planning, and development of store integration plans for assigned systems.
• You will evaluate technological developments and their applicability to the assigned program and recommend appropriate technical changes throughout the design process.
• You will establish employee yearly performance and training objectives and evaluate their performance.
