You will serve as a AIRCRAFT MECHANIC LEADER in the MRO Production Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

You will inspect, analyze, assess and determine the condition of aircraft flight control, hydraulic, pneudraulic, environmental and mechanical system components.
You will identify and document all non-conforming discrepancies and making informed technical decisions, from current engineering specifications and technical instructions
You will perform overhaul, repair, align, test, and diagnose aircraft systems and components while leading a crew within a Cell Based Work Environment (CBWE) in an aircraft production line.
You will provide work direction to employees and monitor their progress.
You will distribute portions of the work in such a manner to keep everyone in the crew productive.
You will investigate technical problems affecting production and apply corrective action coordinating and working with support groups as required.
You will comply with safety regulations, practices, and procedures.
