SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (INVENTORY AUDITOR)

Position Description

You will serve as a Supply Management Specialist (Inventory Auditor) in the Industrial Supply Division, MRO Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to coordinate inventory schedules and resolve material tracking bottlenecks.
• You will perform hands-on warehouse floor audits, including wall-to-wall counts and condition assessments of material, parts, and work-in-progress stock.
• You will investigate transaction history in the ERP system to reconstruct audit trails and identify where clerical or system errors occurred during material movement.
• You will compile and submit complete evidentiary packages to external audit platforms to support organizational compliance reviews.
• You will serve as a technical resource for warehouse and logistics personnel, providing daily guidance on proper material accountability procedures and system entry practices.
