You will serve as an IT PROGRAM MANAGER (INFOSEC) in the IT/Cybersecurity Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will serve as cybersecurity workforce manager, responsible for IT Security, cyber-security mission related work in adherence to the workforce framework as outlined in the subsequent section of cybersecurity specialty areas.
- You will assist with development of risk analysis, accreditation, and certification packages to include disaster recovery plans in accordance with agency requirements.
- You will align the cybersecurity needs and priorities of the organization to strategic and operational workforce planning and talent management efforts.
- You will establish and build a cyber-workforce employee pipeline for the future through rapid implementation of best practices in identifying, acquiring, growing, and sustaining both entry-level and experienced cybersecurity technical experts.
- You will focus on content development, communications, and/or training program management in support of cybersecurity awareness or relevant technical subject domains.
- You will develop cyberspace workforce plans, strategies, and guidance to support manpower and personnel, and address changes to cyberspace policy, doctrine, material, force structure, and education and training requirements.
- You will develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, strategy, and policy to support and align with organizational cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance.
