Position Description

You will serve as a Data Scientist in the Analytics Group, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will design and maintain robust pipelines that extract, transform and load (ETL/ELT) data from various sources into data warehouses, data lakes, or other storage systems.
  • You will work with analytics product and service teams to identify new data stream requirements to support analysis and machine learning products.
  • You will build analytic tools to monitor and provide decision support for optimal storage, access, and data flow strategies.
