You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Executive Office for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO (U&W)) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will serve as the PMA-280 Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) IPT lead (Level III) for the development of all design and development of the TTWCS Segment within the Tomahawk Weapons System (TWS).
You will support planning, budgeting, management and coordination efforts to meet program objectives, and achieve program cost, schedule and performance goals for system development, acquisition and integration.
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing work efforts of the TTWCS System Development Activity (SDA) for TTWCS SW versions or Hardware Engineering activities.
You will work within the PMA to support capability IPT activities and cross product coordination required for each TTWCS product.
You will serve as the Technical Point of Contact for the TTWCS Prime Contract and work closely with IPT team members, field activities, and contractors to ensure development, procurement, integration, and test activities are executed as planned.
You will be responsible for supporting and promoting growth of IPT members, providing input into team member performance appraisals and promoting a positive work environment.
