LEAD SECURITY GUARD

You will serve as a LEAD SECRUITY GUARD in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST.

You will serve as a work leader for a shift of security guards
You will distribute and balance the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specification
You will control personnel access to facilities as well as highly sensitive restricted areas
You will perform inspections of buildings and property to identify potential security vulnerabilities and report any issues.
You will maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences, preparing written reports as required.
You will utilize radios, intercoms, and other communication devices to maintain contact with dispatch and other security personnel.
