Position Description

You will serve as a Test Management Specialist in the Target Systems Division, Threat Target Systems Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will orchestrate aerial target operations for Test and Evaluation events, managing schedules, personnel, and mission support assets.
• You will evaluate testing requirements to formulate actionable operational flight and presentation plans.
• You will oversee program baselines by monitoring project milestones, expenditure rates, and technical deliverables.
• You will direct live field testing while enforcing risk management and safety protocols in dynamic operating environments.
• You will bridge stakeholder needs with technical execution by translating customer mission profiles into engineering recommendations and delivering executive briefings.
