You will serve as a Integrated Quality Team Lead in the MRO Engineering Department/Depot Support Team of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will lead a team comprised of technicians, artisans, specialists, analysts, production supervision, etc.
You will be a subject matter expert in quality engineering principles
You will participate in and lead reviews, projects, audits, and investigations for the purpose of evaluating and improving the quality program within the assigned ITs.
You will improve existing and/or develop new processes to emphasize accountability, discipline and attention to detail within the assigned IPT(s) resulting in higher quality products and services.
You will lead a team that conducts investigations to understand and resolve quality issues within the field of manufacturing, overhaul and repair with an expressed intent to implement and verify corrective and preventative actions
You will coordinate all investigations with all affected parties, including appropriate engineering technical authorities
You will actively engage with Operations Research Analysts, Quality Assurance Specialists, Estimators and Evaluators, Production Support Engineers, Industrial Engineers, artisans, and others to fully understand and vet all issues.
You will ensure baseline, periodic and regular reviews, audits and investigations are conducted to determine areas of needed improvement, as well as to investigate known or suspected areas with perceived quality issues
