Position Description

You will serve as a MECHANICAL ENGINEER in the RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT GROUP, WEAPONS & WARFARE SYSTEMS TEST DEPT, INTEGRTD CAPS & EXT PROGS T&E DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a developmental engineer within the Integrated Mission and Operational Test and Evaluation Branch.
  • You will evaluate data and determining acceptability of equipment modifications, validity, test procedures and data, or legality of operation.
  • You will be responsible for testing, evaluating, or developing new or modified engineering systems.
  • You will support professional engineers in performing experiments, research, and developmental activities.
