You will serve as a Supervisory Security Officer in the Security Division, Command Operations Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

You will plan all work to be accomplished, set deadlines, identifies and provide/arrange training for subordinates, evaluates work performance of subordinates and write performance objectives.
You will provide guidance, advice, counsel and/or instruction to employees on administrative and technical matters.
You will interview prospective candidates for appointment, reassignment, or promotion to position under his/her control.
You will serve as the controlling authority for all COMSEC/EKMS material used within the activity and develops policy and procedures to present unauthorized disclosure of or access to COMSEC material.
You will formulate and coordinate a security orientation, education and training program for the protection of classified information as well as formulating and implementing security controls and measures for the protection of classified material.
You will be responsible for planning, and implementing adequate procedures for the receipt, transmission, control and storage of all classified information held by the command.
You will review and concurs with Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) for compliance with National Security laws and directives.
You will establish, implement, and maintain an Operations Security Program and plan, which is specific to the organization's mission.
