INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER (PROGRAM MANAGER)

You will serve as a Program Manager in the AIR WING I&I/EW EFFECTS PRD DIR Next Generation Air Dominance of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

You will be responsible for the business and operational execution of the IPT
You will lead a matrixed operations team composed of personnel from finance, contracts, COR support, security, facilities, IT, training, workforce management, administration, and other enabling organizations.
You will establish IPT operational priorities, aligns support activities to mission needs, drives issue resolution, and ensures matrixed contributors are synchronized with IPT execution demands.
You will be responsible for executing IPT growth across China Lake and Point Mugu.
You will oversee the IPT's team of CORs by coordinating COR coverage, contract execution visibility, contractor onboarding support, service contract requirements, tasking alignment, performance concern visibility, and future contract support needs.
