Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the WOLF RAPID CAPABILITY ENGRG GROUP, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPT of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will interview candidates and recommend selections, promotions, or reassignments.
  • You will address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues, elevating more serious matters when appropriate.
  • You will identify employee development needs and arrange training opportunities to strengthen technical and program management capabilities.
  • You will improve productivity and enhance the quality of work across the team.
  • You will assess employee performance and apply performance standards fairly and consistently.
  • You will provide technical direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting telecommunications work.
  • You will plan, develop, implement, test, and manage telecommunications projects, including balancing requirements, schedules, funding, and resources.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop telecommunications solutions, ensure projects are properly resourced, and support employee development and growth.
