HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as an Human Resources Specialist in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Human Capital Management Group, Professional Recruitment Office, of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will conduct job and data analysis to advise management in determining the best strategies for recruiting to achieve qualified, highly skilled workforce.
• You will conduct recruitment, recommend placement of qualified highly skilled candidates for a range of administrative and technical positions to include high demand critical skills.
• You will utilize various methods, automated tools for recruiting, i.e. TAP (Talent Aquisition Portal), Positing jobs announcements via social media platforms.
• You will participate in meetings and panel discussions concerning difficult issues concerning recruitment and placement.
• You will develop recruitment schedules; conduct targeted recruitment events.
• You will do all other tasks or duties assigned.
