Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will conduct systematic strategies to develop management interests and respond to union interests at the bargaining table.
• You will act as technical advisor on controversial and complex Unfair Labor Practices and grievances.
• You will provide advice and assistance in the areas of discipline, adverse actions, grievances, employee counseling, and related functions.
