Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide expert technical consultancy on labor and employee related matters such as performance, conduct, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, and appeals.
• You will advise management and employees on investigations and resolution of grievances and appeals, and other actions for and to the United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
• You will develop disciplinary actions and evidence files on behalf of management.
• You will prepare briefings for the Command on a broad scope of labor and employee related topics such as management investigations, handling performance and conduct concerns, and implementing discipline.
