Position Description

You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, COMBAT SURVIVABILITY DIVISION, FIXED-WING MANNED AIRCRAFT COMBAT SURVIVABILITY BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will identify combat survivability related integration threats, risks, issues, opportunities and measures for program leadership.
  • You will develop and review combat survivability related technical and systems integration documentation providing the authoritative combat survivability input and advice on all engineering and technical integration issues.
  • You will manage Combat Survivability team funding and staffing requests.
  • You will act as liaison between program leadership and the combat survivability team providing guidance and direction as required.
  • You will manage combat survivability technology maturation efforts of related systems.
  • You will establish and manage combat survivability systems engineering processes and artifacts that support capability integration, development, production and sustainment activities in collaboration with designated entities.
