SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Integrated EW T&E Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

You will manage all funding, resources, and employees assigned by the Branch Head.
You will be responsible for the planning and evaluation of assigned employee performance plans and individual development plan.
You will ensure branch productivity through effective employee performance feedback, communication, guidance, and succession planning for assigned employee.
You will interact with Branch Head, 5K Department leadership, and with branch affiliated program stakeholders to ensure Test and Evaluation resource needs are met for their assigned employees.
Responsible for the direction of assigned new engineers in the Engineer and Scientist Development Program (ESDP), providing oversight, guidance, leadership, and training during their initial years with NAWCWD.
