SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the FST LOGISTICS DIV, FST DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

You will interpret goals and set objectives for the team based on Program Manager Air (PMA) guidance.
You will identify and develop budget allocations, funding summaries, and execution plans to meet program requirements.
You will serve as the logistics expert in policy committees and design interface meetings.
You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, such as Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, and Technical Data
You will exercise full supervisory responsibilities, including developing staffing plans, conducting performance appraisals, identifying training needs, handling selections and promotions, and managing work schedules
You will establish and maintain a network of technical and support personnel across the Department of Defense (DoD), NAVAIR, and private industry.
