GENERAL ENGINEER

Position Description

You will serve as a General Engineer in the Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Division, Carrier Strike Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. You will serve as the Manufacturing & Quality Engineering Lead for PMA-234.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide technical review and consultation to development activities on adequacy of specification, production processes,
• You will review capacity analysis, industrial flow, constraint management, tooling, fixturing, gaging, and machine requirements.
• You will develops metrics for manufacturing to include scrap, rework, repair, first pass yield, failure review, and continuous improvement.
• You will ensure requirements are properly addressed on drawings and products are made on a consistent basis according to the defined requirements.
• You will review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Waivers/Deviations, and identify and provide recommendations to management when production issues arise.
