PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC

You will serve as a PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC in the PRODUCTION LINES DIVISION, MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will disassemble, examine, routes for process, assemble, modify, and repair assigned hydraulic, pneudraulic, fuel, pneumatic, and electrical accessories.
- You will work on systems such as hydromechanical fuel control systems for after burners, jet engines, and turbine powered systems; heating-refrigeration and aircraft compressors; servo hydraulic systems.
- You will perform interdependent adjustments and settings.
- You will communicate with production control on replacement parts; replace prescribed parts, check dimensions and tolerances of parts to determine the serviceability.
- You will operate flow device at a rate of speed, temperature and pressure required by pre-determined written directions.
- You will be responsible for trouble shooting and repairing problems that may occur during test.
