LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) for the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Weapon Program in the Weapons Sustainment Management Division, Sustainment Program Management & Analysis Department located in Patuxent River, MD.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will manage all logistical aspects of a long-range weapon system, including container management, maintenance strategy implementation, repair coordination, and technical updates.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact within the Integrated Product Team (IPT) for all logistics and maintenance concerns.
• You will develop and execute the weapon system's logistics program budget.
• You will integrate logistics requirements into weapon system contracts, ensuring all support elements are addressed and tracked through the lifecycle of the weapon.
• You will coordinate weapon system repair and maintenance activities, scheduling depot-level repairs and directing the movement of assets.
