You will serve as a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist in the Branch of the MRO Engineering Department/Depot Support Team at FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will lead the development of inspection plans and procedures for assuring quality and reliability of products linked to Aircraft, Components and Engines.
You will ensure all pertinent quality program procedures and principles are communicated throughout the Quality Control Inspection Division.
You will provide direct assistance to production and engineering personnel when establishing Quality Characteristics (QCs) within maintenance processes ensuring quality and reliability of products.
You will review maintenance plans and technical data identifying quality characteristics critical to product acceptability,
You will lead or participate in quality audits and investigations conducted by internal/external authorities.
