You will serve as a SHEET METAL MECHANIC LEADER in the MRO PROUDCTION GROUP of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

You will inspect, analyze, assess, and determine the condition of aircraft structural systems, sub-systems, and components.
You will disassemble, modify, repair, and assemble structural parts and aerodynamic surfaces on aircraft and aircraft components.
You will review aircraft and equipment logbooks, Scheduled Removal Cards (SRC), Accessory History Records (AHR), Equipment History Records (EHR), Visual Identification/Maintenance Action Forms (VIDS/MAFS), and other technical documents and records.
You will establish man-hour estimates for the over and above work and direct the procurement or repair of components/material. You will provide technical advice, guidance, and work direction to artisans.
You will distribute work to keep everyone in the crew productive and check work in progress and when finished to determine if proper work sequence procedures, methods, and deadlines were met.
