Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading a group of workers in the maintenance, repair and installation of ground support equipment and or utility equipment.
• You will interpret instructions and plan the work accordingly.
• You will assign work in accordance with priorities established by the supervisor and ensure the employee fully understands and properly carries out the directives and instructions
• You will perform lead duties by demonstrating proper work methods, explaining all steps and processes and set the pace of the work.
• You will review and check work in process and upon completion to ensure the supervisor's instructions on work sequence, proper quality, procedures and quantity of output have been met.
• You will communicate with and coordinate the efforts of the various trades and support groups on assigned workload
