Position Description

You will serve as an Interdisciplinary (Industrial Engineer/General Business & Industrial Specialist/Operations Research Analyst) in the Cost & Schedule Analysis Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND. Your salary will be set in accordance with the established control point of this position, which is $139,395 - $181,216.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Integrated Project Management providing expertise in the areas of policy, process, tools, training, and process checks to ensure the Department provides credible products.
• You will conduct and lead in-depth analyses of earned value management information and reports while training department analysts in providing insight into the cost, schedule, and funding performance of their associated programs.
• You will develop plans for the review and validation of Program schedules as they pertain to implemented earned value management system used by the agency sites and contractor systems.
• You will maintain and help implement a technology road map for the Division to migrate existing tools away from legacy technologies to tools, methodologies, and/or processes that support improving efficiency and analysis.
