SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIV LKE SE & ALRE GROUP OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT DIGITAL ENGINEERING DIVISION HEAD NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• You will find ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
• You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings.
• You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
