You will serve as an Electrical Engineer in the Facility & Plant Maintenance Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

You will plan, coordinate and perform technical investigation and research for such engineering/scientific disciplines as electrical, environmental, industrial, safety, material, chemical, metallurgical and structural.
You will provide technical assistance to plant maintenance personnel, production shops, contracting personnel and managers of NAVAIR, Navy Public Works, Navy Crane Center and Army.
You will monitor team work progress and review work products to ensure soundness of work decisions and completion of project workload.
You will anticipate and resolve conflicts between technical, logistical and administrative requirements.
You will identify, evaluate and prescribe corrective action for facilities and equipment design deficiencies and reporting significant incidents through appropriate reporting systems.
