You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER (Branch Head) of the Trainer Aircraft Programs/Airborne Electronic Attack Support Equipment Branch in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Support Equipment & Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment Group, Support Equipment Department, PEO(T) & JSF SE Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
  • You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
  • You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
  • You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
  • You will interview candidates for positions in the unit; recommend appointment, promotion, or reassignment to such positions.
