You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT) in the CAREER DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will serve as an authoritative consultant who plans and develops programs, evaluates results, and uses findings in planning, developing, and installing new or modified programs.
You will develop and promote strategic training programs and services to the workforce.
You will provide direction to instructors and students on training technologies in both classroom and virtual environments.
You will provide proactive advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees, frequently meeting with various management levels at the Patuxent River complex on operational employee development programs and concepts.
You will be tasked to participate in, design, or evaluate prototype employee development programs.
You will recommend efficiency measures for implementation based on studies and assessments.
You will lead and conduct occupational and compensation studies to ensure equitable application of employee development programs development.
You will conduct analysis on HR services for continuous improvement and streamline of services.
