Position Description

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will participate in technical evaluations and investigations into product and process deficiencies which arise during the design, test, and manufacture of circuit card assemblies and other electronic assemblies.
• You will participate in flight failure investigations of weapon systems/ subsystems providing technical expertise for the analysis of electrical and mechanical systems.
• You will conduct technical evaluations of weapon systems, subsystems, and components to ensure appropriate planning and implementation of quality and systems engineering requirements has been accomplished.
• You will perform Production Engineering efforts to include, but not limited to: Technical and Procurement Data Package preparation, review, and improvement; configuration management actions; general technical support; and reporting.
• You will participate in the planning and conducting of program technical reviews and evaluations including design reviews, production readiness reviews, quality management system reviews, manufacturing readiness assessments, and configuration audits.
• You will develop plans and presentations for assigned projects and create performance, training, and procedure documentation to support production.
• You will evaluate and provide assessment of complex engineering data prepared by contractors and their subcontractors.
