FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAIRSYSCOM of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
You will perform and support planning, execution, and evaluation of financial operations across major programs, ensuring alignment with mission priorities.
You will analyze and report on program execution, funding variances, and audit findings; recommend corrective actions and viable alternatives.
You will develop and communicate financial data, reports, and tools to inform leadership decisions and ensure integrity of appropriated funds.
You will track and certify commitments, obligations, and expenditures in accordance with budget plans, fiscal law, and internal control requirements.
You will coordinate financial planning for program reviews and external reporting (e.g., FMB, GAO, DoDIG).
