You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy, and planned progress.
You will serve as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the assigned program.
You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program Team effort and that of other participating services and agencies when involved.
You will analyze all changes that have an impact on the acquisition and develops responsive and effective changes in plans and strategies.
You will advise the higher-level officials of program status and of problems that require resolution.
