Position Description

You will serve as a AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL & REPAIR SUPERVISOR in the MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will provide direction to all Production Shop members and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product line.
  • You will assign work based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignments and the capabilities of employees.
  • You will coordinate with the Branch Head to ensure work is being processed throughout the Shop to meet the needs of all customers.
  • You will establish goals and develops broad plans to review production processes and develop improvement initiatives.
  • You will serve as a first level supervisor for the Production Shop.
