INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER/ COMPUTER SCIENTIST

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY COMPUTER SCIENTIST/ GENERAL ENGINEER in the SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINMENT BRANCH, SPECIAL COMMUNICATIONS MISSION SOLUTIONS (SCMS) DIVISION, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT, RAPID CAPABILITY ENGINEERING GROUP of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will plan work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work
• You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training
• You will make appropriate distinctions in levels of performance while equitably applying performance standards.
